ugh

I had such a hard workout today. I was at the gym for over two hours. I did chest and triceps and then did a hour cycle class. I am sooo dehydrated. I feel sick :(

Stupid decisions.

I had 2 and a half peices of cake yesterday at a party.They were huge pieces too. I am so mad about it but I’m really trying to forget about it. I have been doing much better with my diet lately so I’m hoping this won’t set me back. 

I’m still doing Jamie Eason plan and it is working. My muscles are getting bigger, its awesome. Maybe I’ll post a picture when I’m all done!

My legs are so sore, but I need to go for a run. I hate when my legs are sore from squats, lunges, etc. It takes like a week for them to heal. So annoying.

Anyways I hope everyone has a good workout today :))
